1. The service
Patrimonio is an installable web app for manually recording accounts, cash, tangible assets, transactions and recurring expenses and for understanding cash flow and net worth. It is a personal organisation tool: it does not hold money, process payments or connect to bank accounts.
2. Your account
A personal account with a valid email address is required to use Patrimonio, created with email and password or through Google sign-in.
- You are responsible for your credentials and activity carried out through your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Accounts may not be shared or transferred: to collaborate on an account, use the shared-accounts feature.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, infringement, accessing another person's data or bypassing authentication and security controls.
- Do not overload the service with large-scale scraping or unauthorised automation.
- Do not carry out penetration testing without written approval.
- Do not decompile or create derivative works beyond what the law permits.
- Do not upload unlawful material or another person's data without authority.
4. Information, not advice
Balances, charts, projections and statistics depend entirely on the information you enter. The value of a tangible asset is the estimate you provide: the app performs no appraisal or market valuation. Nothing shown is financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and none of it is a valid accounting record.
5. Shared accounts
You can share a single account by generating a six-character code. Whoever enters it becomes an editor and can read and edit that account and its transactions; sharing covers only the chosen account, not your other data.
- Only share the code with people you trust: anyone holding it can join the account.
- As the owner you can revoke the code and remain the account admin.
- As an editor you can leave at any time, and you can join at most three shared accounts.
- Each participant is responsible for the transactions they enter.
6. Your data and content
Your content remains yours. You grant only the limited technical permission needed to store and sync it and provide the service. You can export your data from Settings; personal-data processing is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. App lock
You can protect the app with a PIN and, where your device supports it, with biometric unlock using fingerprint or face; the PIN always remains available as a fallback. The lock protects access on the device and does not replace account security: keep your PIN safe, as it is also required to reveal hidden balances.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may update or retire features for technical, security or product reasons, and interruptions may occur. Offline operation depends on your browser and device; syncing may be affected by conflicts or cleared local data.
9. Notifications
Reminders are sent only when enabled and follow your chosen frequency. Delivery also depends on operating systems, browsers and external push services, so exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
10. Pricing
The features currently available are free. Any future paid plan will be explained clearly before a charge is made, including pricing, renewals and cancellation rights.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss or financial decisions based on the app. Liability for intent or gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Leaving and account closure
You may delete your profile from Settings at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms or if the service ends, with reasonable notice where possible.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The revision date appears above and material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
14. Governing law and contact
Italian law governs these terms. Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory jurisdiction rules in their country of residence. The service is provided by Ferrari Jose' Carlos Neto, Italy, an individual without a VAT registration.
